ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Welcome to I.S.. Your submission is subject to these additional terms that supplement the I.S. Terms of Service and the I.S. advertising guidelines, both incorporated by reference. I.S. reserves the right to update and change, from time to time, these additional terms and all documents incorporated by reference.
CONDUCT AND OBLIGATIONS
You acknowledge that I.S. has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse current or future use of any I.S. service with or without warning if I.S. believes you have violated or attempted to violate the rights of others, or have acted inconsistently with the spirit or letter of the I.S. Terms of Service or these additional terms. This includes I.S. right to cancel your paid listings. Please note, you will not be entitled to receive a refund if I.S. cancels paid listings you have submitted to I.S. for the reasons indicated above.
PAYMENT TERMS
The credit card that you provided in purchasing a paid ad will automatically be billed promptly after your payment is submitted. All currency references are in U.S. dollars. Please note, unless I.S. provides express notice otherwise, payment for any paid listing is non-refundable and you may not cancel a paid listing after it has been submitted. If your credit card is invalid for any reason, your paid listing will be cancelled immediately.
SERVICE PROVIDED "AS IS"
The I.S. Terms of Service, which apply to your use of I.S., provides that I.S. services, which includes I.S. Classifieds, is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. You will not be entitled to receive a refund for any problems, technical or otherwise, beyond I.S.'s reasonable control.
INVALIDITY OF SPECIFIC TERMS
If any provision of these additional terms or any document incorporated by reference is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the such documents remain in full force and effect.
LOCATION OF LAWSUIT
The I.S. Terms of Service, which apply to your use of I.S., provides that both you and I.S. agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of Thomas, in Georgia

We can provide you with a report listing the deductions made, which will make it easier for you to handle your health insurance paymentsFederal Regulations and the State of Florida require all employers to report information about their new hires within 20 days of the date of hire. These regulations were passed to help enforce child support rulings, to find and prevent fraudulent workers' compensation and unemployment claims. Penalties for non-compliance can be very costly. New hire reports are part of our normal payroll service. Of course, the timeliness and accuracy of these reports depends on you supplying us with the required information. By this we mean that we work with your insurance agent and workers compensation carrier to provide the services that both need - and in a form that is acceptable to each of them.
Here is a list of the workers compensation accounting services that we can provide. You just tell us what if any of these services you wish to take advantage of:
We can provide a monthly report listing all payroll, broken down by classification with overtime separated so you can fill out your monthly self audit and write a check to your carrier, OR
We can collect your workers compensation premiums each pay period, and submit a report and payment to your carrier each month. Paying your premiums this way is much easier in budgeting your cash flow.
